Over the course of the year, the European members of the Leadership Team help each other to expand their existing leadership training and mentorship programmes.
How does it work?
- The Leadership Team includes the most active immigrant organisations in political organising in each country
- Each organisation is committed to leadership programs in their respective countries. Their programmes are adapted to local context and needs, and each organisation will be responsible for these activities.
- Once one becomes a TMDD member, they have the opportunity to form a mentor-mentee relationship on an ongoing basis.
